I provide virtual therapy in Maryland and New York for adults ages 18 and over, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you're a college student, recent grad, young professional, new parent (or thinking about becoming one), or someone adjusting to career shifts, family stress, or evolving friendships, therapy can help you find purpose, break unhelpful patterns, and live your life without barriers.
